Inactive > PIs

The inactive list displays PIs whose PI role is scheduled for deactivation in the next cycle if members working on their projects have not had qualifying activity before that time.

To display the list, select a lab and press Search.

PIs receive no warning regarding upcoming deactivation, and it is almost never necessary to "stay" the deactivation of a PI. The reason for this is that it is so easy for a returning PI to regain that role that many of them do it without noticing, simply by following the link to sponsor a student.
