Activity

The Activity tab allows users to preview their own billing data as it is generated, change the billing if they have more than one Project or Account, and request corrections if they forgot to log out or if the equipment did not perform as expected.

First select the lab of interest and the month and year. If the session to be corrected ended since the wee hours of this morning, clear the "Use cache?" box. Press Go to pull up all matching billed equipment usage. Please note that non-billed staff usage is not shown; some would consider this a bug.

Changes to billing options can be effected by pressing the Change Project/Account button. Please note that only sessions in the current month can be changed in this way since earlier sessions will already have gone through the billing cycle.

Changes to times or session deletion may be requested by pressing the Request Change button. These requests will be routed to staff for approval; you will receive email notification both that you have requested a change and when it is acted upon.
