The Offboarding tab provides a summary of a given user's roles, equipment ownership and references in a given lab and provides an easy way to remove them (preferably substituting another staff member's name in its place).
The Roles section lists any equipment roles the user has and no other Member has. Filling in the "Transfer To" field and pressing Add will grant that role to the specified user and remove it from the list.
The Equipment Ownership section shows all instruments claiming the specified user as primary or secondary owner, but with the specified user removed and the other owner (if any) promoted to primary. Add another staff member, if desired, and press the Set button to update the instrument to reflect the new ownership.
Lab Contacts shows which labs' contact information contains the user's NetID as a substring, but with no changes. Edit these as desired and press Set to update the Lab object with the new values.
Registration Notifications shows which registration steps have notifications that are sent to the given user. Again this is a substring match. Edit the fields to the desired values and press Set to update.
Finally, Email Templates shows any email templates that refer to the given NetID, again as a substring. Click the Edit button to edit these to newer, more appropriate values.
