The Agreements tab allows PIs to see to whom they have granted permission to use their budgets in each facility. The users are listed by lab, and the listing includes the user's default budget (it does not display all relevant budgets).
PIs can terminate a lab agreement by pressing on the << terminate agreement link to the right of the user's name. Below each table is a link to sponsor a new individual who is not yet registered; the user will receive an email advising them how to proceed with user registration once the PI has agreed to the terms. Once the PI has filled in the basic user information and agreed to terms, the user should be able to complete registration with no further PI involvement.
